We come out, take detailed measurements of the actual conditions — angles, substrates, level changes — and talk through what’s structurally possible before anything is drawn or priced. Round or square stainless, wood top rails, slimline caps, or wall-mounted handrails where a graspable rail is required but a top rail would spoil the look.

Custom Railing FAQ

Usually yes. We assess the existing system, hardware profile, and finish, then match as closely as the current product range allows. If an exact match isn’t available, we’ll tell you upfront rather than deliver something that looks nearly right.

Yes. We work from drawings and specifications, and flag anything that won’t meet code or won’t work structurally before fabrication.

Curved glass is possible but costly. More often we achieve the effect with faceted segments — short straight panels following the curve — which reads as curved and costs significantly less.

It depends entirely on what’s non-standard. Extra angles and templating add labor; curved or oversized glass adds material cost. We price it honestly after the site visit, and where a standard solution would work just as well, we’ll say so.

Fabrication usually does, since panels are made to your measurements rather than pulled from stock. We confirm the timeline before you commit.
